Dear Fellow Entrepreneur;
Are you in need of substantial amounts of capital to fund your start-up or early stage Company or novel business idea? During the capital-raising process, would you like to maintain the vast majority of equity-ownership interest and voting control? Do you continue to hear a discouraging “No” as you seek available funding? If so, we are interested in learning more about your company.
Although we have access to many sources of capital for varying stages of a company’s existence, we, too, are looking to invest in start-up and early stage companies through our own venture-capital fund; Commonwealth Capital Income Fund I.
Unlike most venture-capital firms, we’ve taken the mystery out of the application and funding process. We’re upfront about what we want to invest in and why.
Unlike most venture capital firms, we fund start-ups and early stage companies. We understand the inherent risks involved with investing in start-ups and have built-in protocols to mitigate risks for our VC Fund.
Unlike most venture capital firms who may fund an early stage company, we do not demand voting control. We earn up to only 10% of the total preferred, class-B- non-voting equity to be issued.
Unlike most venture capital firms, we won’t leave you frustrated with endless due diligence. Our philosophy is simple. If you can do what we request of you through our process outlined below, there’s a very high probability that we’ll invest in your company or lead you to an SEC registered, FINRA Member broker-dealer or Regulated Crowdfunding Portal that will.
With our funding process, we first show you how to easily and quickly “prove” your company’s concept, product or service with a valid, third-party “proof-of-concept” rating. Secondly, we show you how to easily construct a marketable deal structure and produce the required securities-offering documents then sell the securities to us and other investors, and attract management talent, if necessary.
If we decide to invest in your company, we will either offer $500,000 in matching debt financing for Seed Capital (see Investment Policy Statement) or offer to procure preferred equity for Development Capital (minimum of $5,000,000) and earn up to 10% of the preferred equity offered in the process.
In any event, our Sprocket Blueprint™ will enable you to raise capital while maintaining the vast majority of common equity ownership and voting control.
